Research on Precise Poverty Alleviation in Vocational Education under Supply-side Structural Reform

在供给侧结构性改革背景下,开展职业教育精准扶贫工作是全面贯彻落实教育精准扶贫工作的重要举措。目前,在我国职业教育精准扶贫工作过程中,依旧存在扶贫对象无法实现精准识别、精准扶贫体制尚未真正健全、精准扶贫工作措施急需改进、精准扶贫和市场需求相脱轨等问题,严重影响了职业教育精准扶贫工作的实效性。针对具体问题,分别从完善扶贫对象分类辨别体系、健全教育精准扶贫顶层机制、制定贫困地区教育培训制度、强化市场与职业教育的联系等维度,提出职业教育精准扶贫的有效路径。

Under the background of supply-side structural reform, carrying out precise poverty alleviation in vocational education is an important measure to comprehensively implement precise poverty alleviation in education. At present, in the process of precise pov-erty alleviation in vocational education in China, there are still some problems, such as the inability to identify the target of poverty al-leviation, the imperfection of precise poverty alleviation system, the urgent need for improvement of precise poverty alleviation meas- ures, the derailment of precise poverty alleviation and market demand, which seriously affect the effectiveness of precise poverty allevi-ation in vocational education. Aiming at specific problems,this paper puts forward effective ways of precise poverty alleviation in voca- tional education from the aspects of perfecting the classification and identification system of poverty alleviation objects, perfecting the top-level mechanism of precise poverty alleviation in education, formulating the education and training system in poverty-stricken areas, and strengthening the connection between market and vocational education.
