摘要
为了开发高弹保暖材料,将绒毛直立固结在两层保暖基布中间,设计出一种具有致密空气层结构的植绒式高弹保暖材料,并制备出实现该保暖材料的装置。该装置采用两端静电植绒工艺,制备的高弹保暖材料与普通保暖非织造布作对比测试得出,植绒式高弹保暖材料的保暖率高15%~40%、压缩弹性回复率高20%~35%,具有保暖性好、弹性高的特点,对保暖材料的开发具有积极作用。
In order to develop high-elastic warmth retention material, we devised the fluff upright in the middle of two warm fabric consolidation,and designed flocking high-elastic warmth retention material with a dense layer structure of air, and the preparation of the device to achieve the warm material performance. The device uses both ends of the electrostatic flocking process, high-elastic warm material prepared with ordinary warm non-woven fabric. The comparison test results showed that flocking high-elastic warm material rate increased by 15% to 40%, compressive elastic recovery rate increased by 20% to 35%, with warm well and high elasticity characteristics.Thus, this device has a positive effect on the development of warm material.
