摘要 采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和热重分析仪(TGA)分析测试醋酸长丝的热学性能,并依据热降解动力学原理,通过Friedman法和Kissinger法对醋酸长丝的热降解动力学进行分析。研究表明,醋酸长丝的玻璃化转变温度为185.8℃,熔融温度为221.4℃,随着升温速率的增加,醋酸长丝初始分解温度增加,最大失重速率显著增大且其对应降解温度升高。此外,Friedman法测得醋酸长丝热降解活化能为181.25KJ/mol,与Kissinger法基本一致。 The thermal properties of cellulose acetate filaments were tested by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA). According to the principle of thermal degradation kinetics, the thermal degradation kinetics of cellulose acetate filaments was analyzed by Friedman method and Kissinger method. The results showed that the glass transition temperature of cellulose acetate filaments was 185.8 °C, and the melting temperature was 221.4 °C. With the increase of heating rate, the initial decomposition temperature of cellulose acetate filaments increases, the maximum weight loss rate increases significantly and the corresponding degradation temperature increases. In addition, the Friedman method measured the thermal degradation activation energy of cellulose acetate filaments to be 181.25 KJ/mol, which is basically consistent with the Kissinger method.
