摘要
处于大气暴露环境中的潮湿表面的防护与维修保养一直是困扰设备和管道运营者的重大技术难点之一。本文针对钢质结构潮湿表面缺陷形成的机理,论述了干湿交替潮湿表面腐蚀环境的界定及危害、涂料体系的选择依据与维修保养注意事项;重点提出了典型涂料体系及相关技术要求、典型涂料产品及相关技术要求,并介绍了其他防护体系的优劣势。
Protection and maintenance of wet surfaces in atmospheric corrosion environments has been one of the major technical difficulties challenging those equipment and pipeline operators. In this paper, based on the formation mechanism of defects on the wet steel surface structures, the determination of corrosion environment and its hazard of dry-wet alternation, the selection of coating system and critical details of maintenance are discussed. The typical coating system and related technical requirements, typical coatings products and related technical requirements are described in particular. In addition, other protection systems and their advantages and disadvantages are introduced.
