京津冀协同发展背景下顺平县城镇体系发展构想

Conception for Shunping Urban System Development Under the Background of the Coordinated Development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Area

京津冀协同发展为顺平县城镇化提供了新平台。顺平县通过融入"大保定",接受京津大都市的影响。在城镇化进程中,顺平县需构建"3区+4链"的城镇体系,由县级中心向外围空间扩展,按照"分步发展"和"分片发展"的方式,带动整个行政区域城镇化水平提升。同时,需构建"顺平县—唐县—望都县"三角形。推动三县整合发展。还需强化"顺平县—满城区"城市链和"顺平县—保定市"城市链的建设。

First,Shunping needs to be better integrated into the “Big Baoding”so as to get benefits from Beijing'Tianjin metropolis. Second,It is necessary,in the process of urbanization,for Shunping to build “3'area + 4'chain”urban system to expand gradually its space to the periphery in accordance with the “step'by'step development”and “section'by'section development”in order to elevate the level of ur' banization in the entire administrative region. Thirdly,it is also necessary,during the process to construct a “Shunping'Tangxian'Wangdu”triangle so as to promote the integrated development of the three counties. At the same time the two urban chains of “Shunping'Mancheng”and “Shunping'Baoding”must also be strengthened.
