摘要
在贵金属纳米材料中,金纳米材料因其独特的光学、电子学和磁学性能被广泛应用于荧光、催化、生物医药、分子和细胞成像、癌症诊断与治疗等领域。包括金纳米颗粒(AuNPs)、金纳米壳(AuSs)、纳米滴和金纳米棒(AuNRs)在内的金纳米材料为癌症的诊疗提供了一个很有前途的平台。其中,金纳米棒具有可调的局部表面等离子共振,不仅可以作为癌细胞成像的探针,而且在受到激光辐照时产生光热效应还可以成为高强度的局部热源,生成的热量除了可用于癌症治疗外,还可以用于触发金纳米棒表面载带药物的释放。
