水相氯化钠质量分数对可逆乳状液转相点影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 可逆乳化钻井液因可集中油包水型钻井液和水包油型钻井液的优势,近年来逐步引起人们的重视。由于可逆乳化钻井液在海上油田使用较多,而海上油田提供淡水较为困难,故考虑用海水配置可逆乳化钻井液的可行性。针对该问题,同时考虑可逆乳化钻井液的关键在于可逆乳状液,本文研究水相氯化钠质量分数对可逆乳状液的影响。得到实验结果:水相氯化钠质量分数在选定范围(0~30%)内,乳状液均可实现可逆转相,可逆乳状液加酸转相所需酸液加量伴随水相氯化钠质量分数的升高而减少,可逆乳状液加碱转相所需碱液加量伴随水相氯化钠质量分数的升高而增加。实验结果可对可逆乳化钻井液在海上油田的应用提供指导。 Reversible phase inversion drilling fluid have attracted more attention recently because it can focus the advantages of oil-based drilling fluid and water-based drilling fluid. Reversible invert emulsion drilling fluid is used more frequently in offshore oilfields, it is very difficult to provide freshwater in offshore oilfields, so it is necessary to consider the possibility of using seawater for preparation of reversible invert emulsion drilling fluid. In view of this problem, consider of the key part of the reversible invert emulsion drilling fluid is reversible invert emulsion contemporary, the effect of aqueous sodium chloride concentration on the reversible emulsion is experimentally studied in this paper. Through studies, it is clear that the emulsion can achieve reversible phase inversion with the aqueous sodium choride concentration in the selected adding range(0% to 30%). The amount of acid required for the phase change of the reversible emulsion decreases with the increase of the concentration of sodium chloride in the aqueous phase, and the amount of alkali solution required for the phase transition of the reversible emulsion increase with the increase of the concentration of sodium chloride in the aqueous phase. The studies can provide guidance for the application of reversible emulsified drilling fluid in offshore oil fields.
