摘要 本文在介绍二硫化钼性质的基础上,综述了对二硫化钼表面改性的方法,采用了硅烷偶联剂(KH-792)活性剂对二硫化钼的表面进行了改性,使其在二硫化钼粉体表面形成带有氨基的活性基团。同时,通过测定红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)、表面张力等的测定来研究其改性前后性质,将改性后的二硫化钼(NH2-MoS2)对双马来酰亚胺(BMI)树脂进行改性,制备出NH2-MoS2/BMI纳米复合材料,并对该复合材料进行力学性能的研究和摩擦学性能的研究。 Based on the introduction of molybdenum disulfide,the method of surface modification of molybdenum disulfide is introduced, the surface of molybdenum disulfide was modified by using KH-792 active agent,the active group with amino group was formed on the surface of molybdenum disulfide powder. At the same time, the properties of the modified infrared spectra, X-ray photo-electron spectroscopy and surface tension were measured, NH2-MoS2 was modified with BMI resin, NH2-MoS2/BMI nanocomposites were prepared, the mechanical properties and tribological properties of the composites were studied.
