医疗机构推广多学科诊疗案例分析

Case study of multidisciplinary team practices at hospitals

目的了解多学科协作诊疗(multidisciplinary team,MDT)在我国医疗机构的开展情况。方法于2018年6—10月,收集全国《进一步改善医疗服务行动计划(2018—2020年)》中十大医疗创新服务之一的MDT案例,共305个。对案例医院的MDT开展方式、覆盖病种、诊疗流程、管理机制等方面进行分析。运用SPSS 21.0软件进行描述性分析。结果305个案例中,有107个案例医院有MDT固定团队、固定时间和固定地址。其覆盖的病种以肿瘤为主,并向其他病种和治疗领域拓展,且诊疗流程逐步完善。结论我国医疗机构需进一步加深对MDT内涵的理解,完善管理机制;建立标准的MDT诊疗流程,实现规模推广。

Objective To understand the development of multidisciplinary team(MDT)at China′s medical institutions. Methods From June to October 2018, 305 cases were collected from June to October of 2018 across the country regarding multidisciplinary team(MDT), which ranks one of the ten innovative medical services under China Healthcare Improvement Initiative(2018-2010). Then MDT development mode, diseases covered, diagnosis and treatment process and management mechanism of the hospitals contributing those cases were analyzed.Descriptive analysis was carried out with SPSS 21.0 software. Results Among the 305 cases, 107 cases came from hospitals having regular teams, timing and address for MDT.It covered mainly tumors, and expands to other diseases and treatment fields, with the process gradually completing. Conclusions Medical institutions in China need to probe deep in MDT, and improve the management mechanism.Meanwhile, standard process of MDT diagnosis and treatment should be established, for scale promotion.
