摘要
针对尼龙材料的特性和薄壁十字孔管接头的特点,根据管接头的零件图与技术要求,选定了合理的刀具和量具,制定了车削加工的切削用量。分析与设计了薄壁十字孔管接头的工装夹具,确定了管接头的车削加工工艺线路与加工工序,给出了该零件的质量检测方法。
According to the characteristics of nylon material and thinwall cross hole pipe joint and according to the part drawing and the technical requirements of the pipe joint,the cutting tools and measuring tools are selected,and the cutting data of turning processing is worked out.The jig and fixture of the thinwall cross hole pipe joint are analyzed and designed.The turning process line and processing procedure of the pipe joint are determined,and the quality inspection method of the parts is given out.
