摘要
推导了人字齿轮接触线时变长度的计算公式,分析了人字齿轮副动态啮合过程,建立了人字齿轮副三维空间弯曲-扭转-轴向耦合的动力学模型。应用牛顿第二运动定律,建立了系统的振动微分方程,在基于弹流润滑摩擦计算的基础上计算了人字齿轮副动态啮合效率,分析了结构设计参数对效率的影响。
The formula of the time-varying contact line of the double helical gear is deduced,the time-varying meshing process of herringbone gear is analyzed.Its three-dimensional dynamic model with sixteen degrees is established.The dynamic equation is established by Newton second law,its dynamic meshing efficiency is calculated based on the friction coefficient of EHL theory,and the influence of the design parameters on the efficiency is analyzed.
