摘要
以角接触球轴承7014C为研究对象,在ANSYS Workbench中建立了有限元模型,综合考虑转速及润滑的影响,对其进行稳态热分析;建立了油气润滑机械主轴温度特性试验台,并通过轴承测温试验验证了模型的可靠性。结果为机械主轴油气润滑系统的参数选择提供了参考依据,具有一定的工程实用价值,为进一步研究轴承的疲劳寿命奠定基础。
This paper takes the angular contact ball bearing 7014C as object of study,a finite element model is established in ANSYS Workbench and considering the influence of speed and lubrication,the steady state thermal analysis is carried out,then the temperature characteristic test bench for oil and gas lubrication machinery spindle is established.The reliability of the model is verified by the bearing temperature test.The result provides the reference basis for the parameter selection of the oil and gas lubrication system of the mechanical spindle,and has a certain practical value for engineering.
