摘要 在产品工艺设计阶段,为了能够准确预测任务的执行时间,以相似性及学习效应理论为基础,研究工艺设计任务之间的相似程度对任务执行时间的影响。提出一种工艺设计任务相似性的度量新方法。该方法将工艺设计任务分解为文件相似度和模型相似度。以S型学习曲线为基础,构建出基于相似任务的学习曲线模型,并在模型内引入计算机辅助设计。最后,通过采集企业设计人员的试验数据,进行拟合分析,验证该方法的有效性。 To accurately predict the execution time of the task in stage of process design,a new method of measuring the similarity on process design tasks is proposed in this paper.Under the theoretical basis of similarity and learning effects,this paper researches on the influence of the similarity of the tasks on the execution time.In this method,process design tasks are divided into file similarity and model similarity.On the basis of S-Curve of learning,a model of learning curve can be set up by similar tasks,as well as the computer-aided design is brought into the model to predict the task execution time.Finally,the experimental data collected from design personnel in the enterprise is used to carry out the conjoint analysis which is used to verify the effectiveness of the method.
