摘要
多齿车梳刀是一种用于汽车曲轴加工的新型刀具。为模拟车梳刀径向切入过程,指导优化车梳刀切削加工,基于金属切削有限元分析软件AdvantEdge FEM建立了多齿车梳刀三维切削模型,模拟了多齿车梳刀径向切入曲轴的过程,分析了加工过程中切削温度的变化情况,并运用车梳刀切削温度经验公式验证了模拟结果的正确性。研究结果显示,随着切削速度及进给量的增加,切削温度升高;观察切屑发现,高温区域多集中在切屑中,说明切屑带走了大部分热量。仿真结果可对预测实际加工中车梳刀所受切削热有一定的指导作用。
Multi-gear comb cutting tool is a new type of tool used in automobile crankshaft machining.To simulate the cutting process of the cutter,which is used to guide the optimization of the machining process,3D cutting model of the Multi-gear comb cutting tool is established by using the finite element analysis software AdvantEdge FEM,which can be used to analyze the change of the cutting temperature in the cutting process.The results show that with the increase of cutting speed and feed rate,the cutting temperature rises.If high temperature region is in the chips,it indicates that the chips carry off most of the heat.
