沥青道路层间抗滑移性能检测装置设计与应用

摘要 沥青道路两层之间的结合面是道路结构中的薄弱环节,结合面的抗滑移性能是衡量沥青道路施工质量的重要因素之一,直接影响沥青道路的使用寿命。为了检测道路层间结合面的抗滑移性能,确保道路施工质量,设计了一种采用蓄电池供电的沥青道路层间抗滑移性能检测装置,分析了该检测装置的工作原理,根据其工作原理设计了该检测装置的机械结构和控制系统,并通过实验对该装置的实际使用效果进行了验证。 The faying face of asphalt road interlayer is the weak link of its structure.The anti-slip performance is one of important factors to measure the construction quality,and it directly affects the service life of asphalt road.To detect the anti-slip performance and ensure the construction quality,a battery-powered anti-slip performance detection equipment for layers of asphalt road is designed and developed.The operational principle of this detection equipment is analyzed in this thesis.The mechanical structure and control of this system are designed according to its operational principle.It is verified through the real experiment.
