湖湘文化与工匠精神同属中国优秀传统文化,又各具特色。在深入分析湖湘文化与工匠精神耦合机理的基础上,从内生动力的一致性、社会变迁的使命感和家国情怀的人才观三个方面研究二者耦合同构的关键要素,探究实现二者耦合的内容、原则和途径,为文化传承创新和湖南制造提供借鉴。

Huxiang culture and craftsman spirit are both excellent traditional Chinese culture,and have their own characteristics.On basis of coupling mechanism between Huxiang culture and craftsman spirit,from three aspects in the consistency of endogenous dynamic,the sense of mission of social vicissitude,the home state feelings of talent view,the key elements of their coupling isomorphism are studied.Their coupling content principles and approach are explored.That provides reference for cultural inheritance and innovation and manufactured by Hunan.
