摘要
目的:观察柴胡疏肝散加味治疗肝胃不和型功能性消化不良的疗效。方法:选取我院收治的100例肝胃不和型功能性消化不良患者,随机分为两组各50例,其中对照组使用西药多潘立酮治疗,治疗组使用柴胡疏肝散加味治疗,并对治疗后两组治疗效果进行总结。结果:治疗组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗组患者的不良反应率低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:采用柴胡疏肝散加味治疗肝胃不和型功能性消化不良,可有效提升治疗效率,缓解临床症状。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of modified Chaihu Shugan powder on functional dyspepsia of liver-stomach disharmony. Methods: 100 cases of selected patients with functional dyspepsia of liverstomach disharmony, admitted and treated by our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine Domperidone, while the treatment group was treated with modified Chaihu Shugan powder. After treatment, the curative effects of two groups were evaluated. Results:The total effective rate of patients in treatment group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05). The adverse reaction rate of patients in treatment group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05). Conclusion: In treating functional dyspepsia of liver-stomach disharmony, clinically using modified Chaihu Shugan powder can effectively improve the curative effect and relieve the clinical symptoms.
