通痹活络汤煮散治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Efficiency observation of Tongbi Huoluo decocting powder on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion

目的:观察通痹活络汤汤剂及其煮散剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效,评价中药复方煮散的优势与意义。方法:将92例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为通痹活络汤煮散组(煮散组)与饮片汤剂组(饮片组)各46例,饮片组按传统习惯应用通痹活络汤中药饮片水煎服,煮散组采用通痹活络汤煮散剂治疗,两组疗程均为10天。结果:煮散组与饮片组患者各组内治疗前后临床治疗效果、VAS疼痛评分差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),而两组组间治疗后的临床治疗效果、VAS疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),说明通痹活络煮散和汤剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症均有改善,经通痹活络汤饮片或其复方煮散治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效相当。但煮散组在药物费用及煎煮耗时方面优于饮片组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:通痹活络汤煮散与饮片有相同的疗效,而煮散更能体现中医简、便、廉、验的特点。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tongbi Huoluo decoction and its decocting powder on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,and to evaluate the advantages and significance of decocting powder of traditional Chinese drugs compound. Methods: 92 cases of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were randomly divided into Tongbi Huoluo decocting powder group and decoction pieces group, 46 cases in each group.Decoction pieces group was treated traditionally with oral Tongbi Huoluo decoction of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese drugs,while decocting powder group was treated with modified Tongbi Huoluo decocting powder.For both groups, the course of treatment was 10 days. Results: Before and after treatment,between decocting powder group and decoction pieces group,the differences of curative effect and VAS pain score of patients were statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05);but after treatment,between two groups,the comparative differences of clinical curative effect and VAS pain score were not statistically significant(P>0.05);which showed that Tongbi Huoluo decoction and its decocting powder both could improve the symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,and the clinical effect of Tongbi Huoluo decoction pieces or its compound decocting powder on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion was equivalent.But in drug cost and decocting time, decocting powder group was better than decoction pieces group, and the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05). Conclusion: Tongbi Huoluo decocting powder and its decoction pieces have the same curative effect,but decocting powder can better embody the simple,convenient, inexpensive and inspective characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.
