平肝熄风法治疗原发性高血压临床观察

Randomized controlled research on therapy of calming liver to stop endogenous wind in treating primary hypertension

目的:观察平肝熄风法治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法:采用随机对照的方法,将86例原发性高血压患者(中医辨证均为肝阳上亢证)按就诊顺序,随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例,对照组予以常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上,加用天麻钩藤饮治疗,连续治疗4周,观察两组患者血压及临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗后治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗组在改善头晕、头痛、口苦等单项临床症状方面亦明显优于对照组(P﹤0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗原发性高血压病疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of therapy of calming liver to stop endogenous wind on primary hypertension. Methods: According to the order of treatment, 86 cases of patients with primary hypertension(whose TCM syndrome differentiation was hyperactivity of liver-yang)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Tianma Gouteng decoction on the basis of control group. After continuous treatment for 4 weeks, the blood pressure and the improvement of clinical symptoms of patients were observed in two groups. Results: After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05). In the improvement of headache,dizziness and bitter taste of mouth,etc. individual clinical symptom, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P﹤0.01).Conclusion:In the treatment of primary hypertension, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
