摘要
通过分析固定轴式和行星齿轮式机电耦合系统,提出一种新型动力耦合装置动力传动结构,确定齿轮啮合参数。运用UG NX8.0进行参数化建模、装配,并导入ADAMS中进行运动学仿真。将仿真结果与理论计算值进行对比,结果表明误差在合理范围内,验证了动力耦合装置设计的合理性与虚拟样机模型的可信性。
By analyzing the fixed shaft and planetary gear electromechanical coupling systems,a new power transmission scheme of dynamic coupling device is put forward to determine gear meshing parameters.The parameterized modeling and assembly are completed by UG NX8.0,then the model is introduced into ADAMS for kinematics simulation.The simulation results are compared with the theoretical values,and the results show that the error is within a reasonable range.The results verify the rationality of the design of dynamic coupling device and credibility of virtual prototype model.
