摘要
针对车载铅酸电池长时间以较大电流放电导致蓄电池实际容量快速下降,造成寿命短的问题,提出了一种基于电池状态的车载铅酸电池输出在线控制方法。首先通过实验建立放电过程蓄电池当量电阻和SOC(State of charge,荷电状态)之间的关系,进而得到蓄电池放电电流和输出功率之间的关系;接着通过实验建立蓄电池SOH(State of health,健康状态)、放电电流以及充放电循环次数之间的关系,进而得到每个阶段考虑寿命的最大放电电流计算方法;最后通过仿真实验验证,该控制方法能延长车载铅酸电池寿命。
Contraposing the problem that automotive lead-acid battery discharging with large current for a long time would lead to a fast falling of actual capacity and a shorter battery life,this paper proposes an on-line control method for the output of vehicle lead-acid battery based on the state.Firstly,the relationship between the equivalent resistance and SOC(state of charge)of the battery is established through the experiment,then the relationship between the discharge current and the output power of the battery is obtained;Secondly,the relationship between SOH,discharge current and charging-discharging cycles is obtained by fitting the experimental data,then the maximum discharge current calculation method for each stage which considers the battery life is obtained;Finally,the simulation results show that the proposed control method can prolong the life of vehicle lead-acid battery.
