摘要
以某城市客车为参考,根据整车性能设计指标,对燃料电池城市客车动力系统各部件进行选型、计算与匹配。利用ADVISOR搭建燃料电池、蓄电池组、驱动电机和燃料电池城市客车等模型等,在考虑再生能量回收的基础上,建立改进的功率跟随能量管理策略,结合中国典型城市道路循环工况进行了系统仿真。结果表明:燃料电池城市客车动力系统能满足整车功率需求,整车动力性能良好,燃料电池基本按均衡功率输出,蓄电池组SOC在理想区间变化。
Taking a city bus as a reference,according to vehicle performance design indicators,the power system components of fuel cell city bus were selected,calculated and matched.Fuel cell model,battery model,driving motor model and fuel cell city bus model were built,and an improved power power-track energy management strategy model based on recovery of regenerative energy was established by ADVISOR,the system simulation was performed in conjunction with the China's typical urban road cycle conditions.The results show that fuel cell city bus powertrain system can meet the vehicle power requirements and the vehicle power performance is good,the fuel cell is basically output at equilibrium power and the battery pack SOC changes in the ideal range.
