悬架多体动力学模型调校的研究

摘要 由于悬架多体动力学模型建立时经常遇到参数不完善等问题,导致建立的模型精度不高,使得基于该模型的研究缺乏实际参考意义。利用灵敏度分析的方法对悬架模型进行试验设计并进行仿真分析,筛选出对目标参数影响较大的试验因素,同时对仿真的结果进行线性拟合,分析所选择试验因素与响应之间的相关性。最后根据响应值与目标值的差值,结合试验因子对响应值的影响程度,对所挑选出的试验因素进行修改,完成对悬架模型的调校。 Due to the imperfect parameters during establishing multi-body dynamics model of suspension,the accuracy of the model is low,and the research based on this model is lack of practical reference value.In this paper,the method of sensitivity analysis is used to design and simulate the suspension model,and the experimental factors which have great influence on the target parameters are screened out.Linear fitting of the simulation results to analyze the correlation between the selected test factors and the response.Finally,according to the difference between the response value and the target value,and combined with the influence degree of the test factor on the response value,the selected experimental factors are modified to complete the adjustment of the suspension model.
