摘要
高职院校的发展经过早期的规模扩张和10多年的示范骨干建设,取得了巨大的成就,但也面临新的挑战。传统的组织结构日益成为高职院校发展的束缚,主要是明显的行政化特征使学校面临成长上限,而高职院校的创新性、对接性和前瞻性特征,要求必须建立灵活的管理体制。建议通过解放思想消除权力错觉;建立系统协调的身心强健组织;学习运用五项修炼,掌握学习技能、管好共同资源,避免共同悲剧;设计整体学习流程统,筹谋划全局,把高职院校打造成现代化的学习型组织,确保可持续发展。
After early scale expansion and 10 years of demonstration backbone construction, the development of higher vocational colleges has made great achievements, but also facing new challenges. Traditional organizational structure has increasingly become the bondage of higher vocational colleges. Mainly obvious administrative features make the school face the upper limit of growth. The innovative、docking and predictability characteristics of higher vocational colleges require a flexible management system. It is recommended to eliminate the illusion of power by emancipating the mind, to establish a physical and mental strengthening organization by system collaboration, to master the learning skills by learning five disciplines,?to avoid common tragedies by managing common resources, to plan the overall situation by designing the overall learning process. This will enable higher vocational colleges to become a modern learning organization and ensure sustainable development.
