摘要
苏霍姆林斯基在数十年的教育实践与研究中,形成了关于学困生转化的独特教育观。本文以苏霍姆林斯基的《给教师的建议》中涉及学困生教育的思想为基础,从学困生的类型、学困生形成的原因及促进学困生转化的教学策略方面,总结概述了苏霍姆林斯基的学困生能力提升与转化教育观。并在此基础上,进一步探寻了这一教育观对当今中国教育教学实践的现实意义。
In the decades of educational practice and research, Sukhomlinskii has formed a unique concept of education about the students with learning difficulties. Based on the thoughts of students with learning difficulties in Sukhomlinskii's “Suggestions for Teachers”, this paper summarizes the types of students with learning difficulties, the form reasons and the teaching strategies for improving the abilities of students with learning difficulties,summing up and summarizing Sukhomlinskii's ability promotion and transformation of students with learning difficulties. On this basis, it further explores the practical significance of this educational concept to the practice of education and teaching in China.
