血透室护士心理健康状况与护理质量的相关性

Correlation Between Mental Health Status and Nursing Quality of Hemodialysis Nurse

目的研究血透室护士心理健康状况与护理质量的相关性。方法选取2017年6月～2018年2月我院血透室护士60名为研究组。选取同期我院肾内科病房护士60名为对照组。分别采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估两组护士的心理健康状态,同时采用护理质量调查量表对两组护理质量进行比较,并予以相关性分析。结果研究组SAS、SDS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组工作积极性、自身素质的提高、主动与患者沟通、态度和蔼评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。经Pearson相关性分析显示,血透室护士SAS、SDS评分与工作积极性、自身素质的提高、主动与患者沟通、态度和蔼均呈负相关(<0.05)。结论血透室护士心理健康状况较差,普遍存在不同程度的焦虑、抑郁等情绪,且护士的心理健康状况与护理质量存在密切相关性,随着心理健康状况的不断恶化,护理质量随之降低。

Objective To study and analyze the correlation between mental health status and nursing quality of nurses in hemodialysis room.Methods A total of 60 cases of nurses in hemodialysis room of our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as study subjects,and recorded as a research group.Another 60 cases of nurses in the department of nephrology in the same period were taken as the control group.The anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)and depression self-rating scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the mental health status of nurses in e two groups.Meanwhile,the self-made nursing quality survey scale was used to compare the nursing quality of nurses in two groups,and the correlation was analyzed.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the nurses in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,the working enthusiasm of nurses,improvement of their own quality,active communication with patients,and affability score were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the SAS and SDS scores of hemodialysis nurses were negatively correlated with work enthusiasm,self-improvement,active communication with patients and kindness(P<0.05).Conclusion The mental health status of nurses in hemodialysis room was relatively poor,and there are generally different degrees of anxiety,depression and other emotions.Moreover,the mental health status of nurses is closely related to the quality of nursing.As the mental health status deteriorates,the quality of nursing will be reduced accordingly.It is worthy of clinical application.
