摘要
为推进装配式建筑系统性集成管理,可将基于建筑信息模型(BIM)的IPD协同工作模型应用于装配式建筑。分析装配式建筑和集成项目交付(IPD)模式,IPD模式中"集成、合作、精益和全生命周期"的思想与装配式建筑的特征相吻合。通过分析IPD项目实施过程及项目实现的3个要素,建立基于BIM的IPD协同工作模型。将该模型应用于装配式建筑,通过技术、流程和组织整合,实现装配式建筑横向、纵向一体化及技术和管理一体化。
In order to promote integrated management,the integrated project delivery (IPD) collaborative work model can be applied into prefabricated buildings based on BIM.By analyzing the prefabricated buildings and IPD,the ideas of “integration,collaboration,lean and full life cycle” fit the characteristics of the prefabricated buildings.By analyzing the IPD process and three project implementation elements,the IPD collaborative work model has been established based on BIM.This model is applied into the prefabricated buildings to realize the horizontal and vertical integration and the integration of technology and management through the integration of technology,process and organization.
