摘要
超高层建筑物内爬塔吊高空拆卸工作是一项技术难度大、安全风险高、环境条件复杂且专业性强的特种作业。结合工程实践,从内爬塔吊拆卸面临的场地环境、拆卸的组织准备、计划与协调、拆卸方法与程序、注意事项、安全风险等方面进行分析研究,工程项目组合成套起重设备拆卸内爬塔吊的方法合理地解决了高空拆卸起重机的施工技术,适合超高层建筑屋顶所面临的复杂环境,工期和安全风险可得到有效控制,拆卸总体费用低,综合效果较好,是一项全新的高空拆卸起重设备技术,为超高层建筑物组织拆卸内爬塔吊提供了成功案例。
The dismantling inside climbing tower crane in super high-rise building is a special operation with high technical difficulty,high safety risk,complex environment conditions and strong specialization.Combined with engineering practice,this paper analyzes and studies the aspects of site environment of the inside climbing tower crane,organization preparation of dismantling,planing and coordination,method and procedure of dismantling,matters needing attention,safety risk,and so on.The method of dismantling the inside climbing tower crane of this project with combined hoisting equipment reasonably solves the construction technology of the high-altitude dismantle crane,and it is suitable for the complex environment faced by the roof of the super high-rise building.The time limit for the project and the safety risk can be effectively controlled,with low overall cost of disassembling,and the comprehensive effect is good.It is a new high-altitude dismantle tower crane technology,and provides a successful case guidance for the super high-rise building to disassemble the inside climbing tower crane.
