电动葫芦能效测试运行自动控制系统

摘要 针对现有的电动葫芦试验台不能很好地满足GB/T30028—2013《电动葫芦能效测试方法》标准规定的自动运行控制要求,采用可编程逻辑控制器PLC和高性能一体化触摸屏为核心组合,研发了一款多用途便携式电动葫芦运行自动控制系统。该系统根据M1-M8、单速和双速预设了16种电动葫芦运转方式,便于能效测试自动运行控制,设有自由运转方式,便于电动葫芦型式试验和研发试验。该系统结构紧凑,质量轻,便于携带,便于安装,应用广泛。在不改造电动葫芦试验台的情况下,可以满足电动葫芦能效测试自动控制的要求,节约了改造成本,避免了因试验台改造造成的时间耽搁。对电动葫芦能效测试的推广具有重要意义。 Considering the fact that the existing electric hoist test bed can not meet the automatic operation control requirements specified in GB/T30028-2013 Energy Efficiency Test Methods for Electrical Hoists, a multi-purpose portable electric hoist operation automatic control system is developed by using programmable logic controller PLC and high-performance integrated touch screen as the core combination. According to M1-M8, single speed and double speed, 16 kinds of electric hoist operation modes are preset in the system, which is convenient for automatic operation control of energy efficiency test and free operation mode, and is convenient for electric hoist type test and research and development test. The system is compact in structure, light in weight, easy to carry, easy to install and widely used. Under the condition that the electric hoist test bed is not reformed, the requirement of automatic control of the electric hoist energy efficiency test can be met, the reform cost is saved, and the time delay caused by the reform of the test bed is avoided. It is of great significance to promote the energy efficiency test of electric hoist.
