LVDT线位移差分传感器和RVDT角位移差分传感器具有结构简单、测量线性范围大、测量精度高、灵敏度高等优点,作为一种精密的位移、角位移检测部件在航空领域有着广泛的应用。LVDT/RVDT传感器能够实时的、准确的将机械位移信号转化成对应的电信号,本文设计了一种LVDT/RVDT传感器信号解调与监控电路,将传感器输出的模拟信号经过调理电路和监控电路后转化为后续计算机可以识别的数字信号。

The LVDT sensor and RVDT sensor has the advantages of simple structure, wide linear range, high accuracy, high sensitivity, etc. As a kind of linear and angular displacement detection precision parts,they has been widely used in the field of aviation. The LVDT/RVDT sensors can transform the mechanical displacement signal to the corresponding electrical signal in real time and accurately .This paper designed a kind of LVDT/ RVDT sensors signal demodulation and monitoring circuit, which will transfer the analog signal to digital signal and can be identified by computer.
