摘要 学院新能源及技术温湿度控制工程训练中心的温湿度控制系统选用西门子公司的S7-1500PLC作为控制器进行环境参数的数据采集与花房的温湿度控制,上位机选择WinCC组态监控系统,S7-1500PLC作为新投入市场的中高端设备,可以通过多种方式实现与WinCC的通信,温湿度控制系统采用以太网方式实现了WinCC与S7-1500 PLC之间的通信,本文主要从工程应用的角度详细介绍了S7-1500PLC的以太网通信参数设置,WinCC以太网通信设置,并提出通信诊断及注意事项。 The temperature and humidity control system of the training center of the new energy and technology temperature and humidity control project of the institute chooses S7-1500 PLC of Siemens as the controller to collect data of environmental parameters and control temperature and humidity of the flower room. The upper computer chooses WinCC configuration monitoring system and S7-1500 PLC as the medium and high-end equipment newly put into the market. It can communicate with WinCC in many ways, such as temperature and humidity. The control system realizes the communication between WinCC and S7-1500 PLC by means of ethernet. This paper mainly introduces the settings of Ethernet communication parameters of S7-1500 PLC and WinCC Ethernet communication settings from the perspective of Engineering application, and puts forward communication diagnosis and matters needing attention.
