摘要
电子血压计已成为最常见的家用医疗器械,市场前景广阔,但是其原理却不如水银血压计广为人知,造成了对电子血压计的选择和使用方面的困扰,本文通过对各国电子血压计的专利文献的梳理,汇总出电子血压计所采用的各种原理及各自的发展脉络,以及目前血压计的主要发展方向,总结出:1.振荡波的接收、滤波和处理;2.充放气方式;3.电子血压计的自校准;4.网络通讯及智能化等几个申请较为集中的方面的专利概况,最后对各大厂商的专利申请量进行了统计分析,为选用合适种类和品牌的血压计以及电子血压计的进一步研发提供了参考依据。
Electronic sphygmomanometer has become the most common household medical device with broad market prospects, but its principle is not as well known as mercury sphygmomanometer, which has caused difficulties in the selection and use of electronic sphygmomanometer. This paper summarizes the various principles used by electronic sphygmomanometer and their respective development context, as well as the current blood pressure by combing the patent literature of electronic sphygmomanometer in various countries. The main development directions of manometers are summarized as follows: 1. receiving, filtering and processing of oscillating waves;2. charging and deflating modes;3. selfcalibration of electronic manometers;4. patent profiles of several applications, such as network communication and intellectualization, which are relatively concentrated. Finally, the patent applications of major manufacturers are statistically analyzed, in order to select suitable types and brands of manometers and the entry of electronic manometers. One-step research and development provides a reference basis.
