摘要
目的探讨结肠癌组织中的β-链蛋白(β-catenin)、磷酸化蛋白-50(EBP50)表达与肿瘤发生发展的关系。方法选取病理科收集的90例结肠癌组织(结肠癌)、60例结肠癌癌旁组织(对照组),采用免疫组化染色检测2组标本中的β-catenin蛋白、EBP50蛋白表达水平,并分析不同组织分化、TNM分期、浸润深度、原发部位的β-catenin蛋白、EBP50蛋白表达差异。结果结肠癌组织中的β-catenin蛋白、EBP50蛋白阳性率分别为73.33%、70.00%,对照组为25.00%、23.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结肠癌组织中的β-catenin蛋白、EBP50蛋白的表达呈显著的正相关关系(Spearman秩相关系数=0.712,P=0.000);结肠癌组织中的β-catenin蛋白、EBP50蛋白的阳性表达率在不同TNM分期、是否发生淋巴结转移的组织中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结肠癌组织中的β-catenin蛋白、EBP50蛋白的阳性表达率在不同分化程度、浸润深度及不同原发部位的组织中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论结肠癌组织中β-catenin蛋白、EBP50蛋白表达水平上调,相互间具有正相关性,与结肠癌的发生发展关系密切。
Objective To investigate the expressions of β-catenin (β-catenin) and phosphorylation protein-50 (EBP50) in colon cancer tissues and their relationship with tumorigenesis and progression. Methods Ninety specimens of colon cancer tissues (colon cancer group) and 60 specimens of adjacent non-cancerous tissues (control group) collected by Department of Pathology were wnrolled in the study. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression levels of β-catenin and EBP50 in the two groups. The differences of expressions of β-catenin protein and EBP50 protein in the tissues with different tissue differentiation degree, TNM staging, depth of invasion, and in primary site were analyzed. Results The positive rates of βcatenin protein and EBP50 protein in colon cancer tissues were 73.33% and 70.00%, respectively, which in control group were 25.00% and 23.33%,respectively,there were statistically significant differences between the two grousp ( P <0.05). The expressions of βcatenin protein and EBP50 protein in colon cancer group were closely positively correlated (Spearman rank correlation coefficient=0.712, P <0.01). There were significant differences in the positive expression rate of βcatenin protein and EBP50 protein in colon cancer tissues at different TNM stages and in those with or without lymph node metastasis ( P <0.05). No significant differences were found in the positive expression rates of βcatenin and EBP50 proteins in colon cancer tissues with different degrees of differentiation and depth of invasion, and in different primary sites ( P > 0.05 ). Conclusion The expression levels of βcatenin and EBP50 in colon cancer tissues are up-regulated and positively correlated each other, which are closely related to the occurrence and development of colon cancer.
