摘要
针对单相五/七电平变换器空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)算法实现过程复杂的问题,提出一种简化的空间矢量脉宽调制算法。该简化算法通过将单相五/七电平SVPWM算法中的参考空间电压矢量分解成为偏移矢量和单相三电平SVPWM中的空间电压矢量,从而将单相五/七电平SVPWM算法简化为单相三电平SVPWM算法。相比于传统单相多电平SVPWM算法和现有对实现流程简化的单相多电平SVPWM算法,所提出的简化算法分析简便,计算复杂度降低,占用的控制器资源较少,并且可以较为容易地实现电容电压平衡。基于现场可编程阵列(FPGA)设计了单相级联H桥(CHB)和二极管箝位(NPC)五/七电平逆变器传统和简化SVPWM算法,验证了所提简化算法的正确性和有效性。
To solve the implementation complexity problem of single-phase 5 - L/7 - L converter space vector pulse-width modulation ( SVPWM ) algorithm, a simplified space vector pulse-width modulation al-gorithm is proposed. The proposed algorithm simplified the calculation of single-phase 5 - L/7 - L SVP-WM to single-phase 3 - L SVPWM by dividing the voltage vector space of single-phase 5 - L/7 - L SVP-WM into different single-phase 3 - L SVPWM voltage vector space and decomposing the reference voltage vector into different voltage vectors. The computational complexity and resource consumption of micro controller chip based on the proposed algorithm is less than the conventional algorithm, and the capacitor voltage balancing scheme can be implemented easily. The proposed single-phase 5 - L/7 - L SVPWM and conventional single-phase 5 - L/7 一 L SVPWM for cascaded H-bridge ( CHB ) converter and neutral point clamped ( NPC ) converter were realized on a single field programmable gate array ( FPGA) to verify correctness and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
