聚氨酯/氨基化氧化石墨烯杂化膜的制备及性能 被引量:2

Preparation and Performance of Polyurethane/Aminated Graphene Oxide Hybrid Membrane

摘要 将三乙烯四胺和硅烷偶联剂KH 560作为氨基化试剂,制得氨基化的氧化石墨烯(NH_2-GO),然后在聚氨酯(PU)的聚合过程中将NH_2-GO和1,2-乙二胺作为扩链剂依次加入到反应液中,制得PU/NH_2-GO杂化膜。研究了NH_2-GO质量分数对杂化膜的力学性能、热稳定性、疏水性和对染料吸附性能的影响。结果表明:随着NH_2-GO质量分数的增加,杂化膜的拉伸强度不断增大,初始分解温度不断提高,疏水性先快速增强,然后稍有下降;当pH值为4时,随着NH_2-GO质量分数的增加,杂化膜对茜素绿染料的吸附量逐渐增高。 The aminated graphene oxide(NH2-GO)was prepared with triethylenetetramine and silane coupling agent KH560 as the amination reagent.Then NH2-GO and 1,2-ethylenediamine were used as the chain extensions during the polymerization of polyurethane(PU)to prepare the PU/NH2-GO hybrid membranes.The effects of NH2-GO mass fraction on the mechanical properties,thermal stability,hydrophobicity and dye adsorption properties of PU/NH2-GO hybrid membrane were studied.The results show that the tensile strength and the initial decomposition temperature of the hybrid membrane increase with the increase of NH2-GO mass fraction.While,the hydrophobicity of the hybrid membrane increases rapidly at first,and then decreases slightly.When the pH value is 4,the adsorption capacity of the hybrid membrane to the alizarin green increases with the increase of NH2-GO mass fraction.
