摘要
沤麻处理的黄麻纤维,经碱氧前处理后溶解于氢氧化钠/硫脲/尿素水碱性体系中制备纤维素膜,分别采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法、拉伸试验、X射线衍射法及堆肥法分析黄麻纤维质量分数对纤维素膜化学键、力学性能、结晶度及生物降解性能的影响。结果表明:纤维素分子内氢键在溶解过程中发生断裂,并形成了新的分子内氢键;纤维素膜断裂强度、断裂伸长率及结晶度均随着黄麻纤维质量分数的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势,但其结晶度均低于黄麻纤维原料;而纤维素膜的失重率随着纤维质量分数的增加呈现逐渐降低的趋势。
The retted jute fibers were pretreated with alkali oxygen solution and then dissolved in sodium hydroxide/thiourea/urea aqueous solution to prepare cellulose membrane.The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),tensile test,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and composting method were performed to investigate the effects of jute fiber mass fraction on the chemical bond,mechanical properties, crystallinity and biodegradability of cellulose membrane. The results show that intermolecular hydrogen bonds are broken in dissolution process and the new ones are formed.The tensile stress,breaking elongation and crystallinity of the fiber membrane increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of fiber mass fraction,while the membrane crystallinity is lower than that of the raw jute fiber.The weight loss of the membrane decreases continually with the increase of fiber mass fraction.
