摘要
为探究辊腔内周期性油压载荷作用下的均匀轧辊周向变形规律,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立均匀轧辊周向有限元模型,再利用及ALE(arbitrary lagrange-euler)方法,通过流固耦合计算,分析橡胶辊面的接触变形和轧辊转速对接触应力的影响,为均匀轧辊模型受力简化提供依据。
In order to seek out the circular deformation rules of the evenness rolls which were periodically borne internal hydraulic loads,a finite element model of evenness rolls was established firstly using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software.Then,with the help of ALE(arbitrary lagrange-euler)method,fluidstructure coupling calculations were put forward.Contact deformations between rubber surfaces and the influences on contact stress with different roll speeds were analyzed,providing a basis for the simplification of oil pressure in evenness rolls.
