供给过剩背景下考虑需求波动的供需协调 被引量:2

Supply-Demand Coordination under Demand Fluctuation in Oversupply Environment

摘要 构建了客户订单动态到达且包含多个运营环节的供应链调度模型,用于研究需求波动下供应侧成本性指标和需求侧服务性要求的冲突与协调问题。分别以订单到达密集程度反映需求波动,以运营总成本和客户准时交货时效要求分别反映供给侧和需求侧的要求。利用ILOG CPLEX对随机产生的算例进行求解,并对计算结果进行分析研究。结果表明,面对促销等行为引发的需求波动,兼顾供给运营和市场需求能够优化整体效益,并且需求主导下的结果优于供给主导下的结果。 The supply chain scheduling model composed of multiple operations was built with customer orders arriving dynamically to investigate the conflict and coordination between cost index in supply side and service requirement in demand side.The arrival density of orders was used to reflect demand fluctuation,while the operational costs and the just-in-time delivery requirements were used to model the objectives of supply-side and demand-side respectively.Experiments on randomly generated cases were calculated by ILOG CPLEX.The results indicate that,with the consideration of demand fluctuation,the total performance can be optimized by the coordination of operation and market,and the result of demand-dominant manner is better than that of supply-dominant manner.
