摘要 为探索沸石粉对砂浆性能的影响,研究测量了25组不同水胶比、不同沸石粉掺量水泥砂浆的孔隙率和抗压强度。由于沸石粉的掺入主要改变材料的填充密度与比表面积,本研究采用水膜厚度综合两方面的作用,计算出各砂浆试样配比的水膜厚度,研究水膜厚度对沸石粉砂浆强度的影响。试验结果表明,试块孔隙率会随着水膜厚度的增加而提高,孔隙率是影响砂浆强度的主要因素,砂浆的抗压强度随孔隙率增大而逐渐降低。 To research the effect of zeolitepowder on the properties of mortar, this study measured the porosity and strength of 25 mixes of cement-sand mortar with different water/binder ratio. The addition of zeolite powder mainly changes the packing density and surface area of materials.Thewater film thickness combines the effect of two above aspects. This study calculated the water film thickness of the 25 mixes of cement-sand mortar, and studied the effect of water film thickness on the strength of zeolite cement mortar. Results demonstrated that porositywill increase with the increase of water film thickness. Porosity is the key factor governing the strength of zeolite cement mortar.A relatively large porosity would lead to lower compressive strength.
