摘要
文章通过调研我国第三方科技成果评价体系的现状,指出我国第三方科技成果评价体系存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出建议与对策,旨在完善第三方科技成果评价体系,提升第三方评价机构的权威性和公信力,营造良好的科技成果转移转化氛围,促进科技成果转移转化全链条的畅通。
By investigating the current situation of Third Party Evaluation system of scientific and technological achievements in China,this paper pointed out the problems existing in Third Party Evaluation system of scientific and technological achievements in China,and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures to solve these problems,aiming at improving the third-party evaluation system,enhancing the authority and credibility of the third-party evaluation institutions,creating a good atmosphere for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and promoting the transformation of scientific and the whole chain of transfer and transformation is unobstructed.
