摘要
文章介绍了一种可用于隧道仰拱施工的台车设计与施工技术。此仰拱台车可一次就位,同时满足双边仰拱同时施工,且仰拱与二衬拱墙一次成型,不留施工缝。它不仅能保证仰拱纵向和环向中埋式止水带的安装定位准确;还能精准控制仰拱断面设计弧形,保证仰拱与填充分开施工。仰拱台车在隧道中的成功应用,大大提高了隧道施工效率,保证了施工质量。文章着重对仰拱台车的设计与施工技术进行阐述。
This paper introduced a design and construction technology for a trolley that can be used in tunnel inverting construction. The inverted arch trolley can be used at the same time to meet the simultaneous construction of the bilateral inverting arches, and the inverting arch and the secondary lining arch wall are formed at one time without leaving the construction joint.It can not only ensure the installation and positioning of the inverted arch longitudinal and circumferential buried waters tops accurately;it can also accurately control the curved shape of the inverted arch section to ensure that the inverting arch and the filling are separately constructed.The successful application of the inverted arch trolley in the tunnel greatly improved the tunnel construction efficiency and ensured the construction quality. The article focused on the design and construction techniques of the inverted arch trolley.
