摘要
汽车的传力和部件主要承载部分是驱动桥壳。驱动桥壳的设计,直接影响汽车的性能,老旧的驱动桥壳设计已经不能满足汽车的需要。为了提高产品的性能,降低设计成本,文章对驱动桥壳结构进行了系统性的分析,对其静动态进行了应用建模、静动态仿真分析,并且对其结构进行了优化,以期达到缩短设计周期、减小汽车驱动桥桥壳重量,并且提高驱动桥壳的可靠性的目的。
The driving axle housing is the main load-carrying part of the transmission force and components of automobiles. The design of driving axle housing directly affects the performance of automobiles.The old design of driving axle housing can no longer meet the needs of automobiles.In order to improve product performance and reduce design cost,this paper systematically analyzed the structure of driving axle housing,carried out application modeling,static and dynamic simulation analysis, and optimized its structure in order to shorten the design cycle,reduce the weight of driving axle housing and improve the reliability of driving axle housing.
