摘要
电客车使用过程中,牵引系统以IGBT炸裂故障最为严重,文章针对沈阳地铁1号线牵引系统的运行现状,从牵引系统的工作原理、IGBT故障的原因类别进行详细地探讨分析,从而制定出相应的排查与解决措施,缩短故障处理时间,保障车辆正常运营。
In the course of tram operation,the IGBT burst fault is the most serious in the traction system.In view of the operation status of the traction system of Shenyang Metro Line 1,this paper made a detailed discussion and analysis from the working principle of the traction system and the causes of IGBT failure,so as to formulate corresponding measures for investigation and solution,shorten the time of fault treatment,and ensure the normal operation of the vehicle.
