摘要 近年来,在全球气候变化背景下,我国资源环境生态问题更加凸显,防灾减灾形势更加严峻,农业、生态、环境、交通等行业对于干旱、冰雹、雾霾、高温热浪等灾害的敏感性不断增强,国家就飞机和地面作业布局、试验示范基地进行了布局,增强科技支撑能力。 In recent years,under the background of global climate change,the ecological problems of resources and environment in China have become more prominent,and the situation of disaster prevention and mitigation has become more severe. Agriculture,ecology,environment,transportation and other industries have become more serious to drought and hail,haze. The sensitivity of high-temperature heat wave and other disasters is increasing,and the country has carried out the layout of aircraft and ground operations,test and demonstration bases,and enhanced the support ability of science and technology.
