在现今的社会中,我国的经济发展不断提升,企业数量也在不断的增加,在企业的管理中,提高企业的内部控制管理水平成为其中的重点和关键,但是,在科学技术和信息技术不断提升的今天,大多数的公司在进行内部控制管理中都遇到较多的问题,因此,加强对企业的内部控制管理就成为其中的重要内容,文章从PMO概述、PMO的必要性以及PMO下的企业内部控制管理问题方面进行简要的分析和研究,进而为企业的内部控制管理提供更多的经验,推动企业的发展和进步。
