摘要
在海洋平台安装过程中,上部组块吊装作业是海洋工程施工中风险最大的环节之一,如何保证上部组块吊装安全是海洋平台设计中必须面对和解决的技术难题。介绍了海洋平台上部组块常规吊装框架的结构形式及其局限性,通过对常规吊装框架进行结构优化和技术改进,研制了新型的上部组块一体化吊装框架。该一体化吊装框架结构采用刚性连接、增加斜撑、使用耳轴形式吊耳等技术创新,解决了常规吊装框架的局限性问题。以埕北油田设备设施整体升级改造项目为例,论述了一体化吊装框架本身及其吊点结构强度校核方法,并对吊装完成后如何处置该一体化吊装框架进行了分析。目前上部组块一体化吊装框架技术已成功应用于埕北项目,该技术可为今后上部组块吊装设计提供新的思路和参考。
In installation of offshore platform, hoisting topsides is one of the most risky work. To ensure the safe installation of topsides is the difficult technical problem and must be solved. This article introduces the structure and limitation of traditional lifting frame for offshore platform topsides. A new type of integrated lifting frame is developed through structural optimization and technical improvement of traditional lifting frame, which solves the limitation of the traditional lifting frame by adopting rigid connection, adding inclined braces and using trunnions. Taking the CB Oilfield integrated modification project for example, the article discusses the structural strength check methods for the integrated lifting frame and lifting trunnions,and analyzes the treatment of the integrated lifting frame after finishing topsides lifting. At present, the integrated lifting frame has been put into use in the CB Oilfield integrated modification project, providing new method and reference for topsides lifting design in future.
