摘要
工程项目施工安全管理是系统性、综合性的管理,涉及到工程施工的各个环节。针对某石化公司外排污水深度治理提标改造项目,以危险源辨识为基础,通过运用JHA、事故树等手段,识别出项目施工中的重要危险源及职业健康危害因素,针对性地制订安全措施,并通过建立和完善安全生产组织管理体系与检查体系,加强施工安全管理,监控各项安全措施的落实,开展现场安全监督检查648次,发现问题1 263项,处罚29人次。整体项目最终实现零事故、零伤亡,圆满完成既定的安全管理目标。
The construction project safety management is a systematic and comprehensive management involving all aspects of engineering construction. Based on the identification of hazard sources, the discharged sewage deep treatment and standardization reform project in a certain petrochemical company uses job hazard analysis (JHA), fault tree analysis and other methods to identify important danger sources and occupational health hazard factors during project construction, puts forward targeted safety measures. Through the establishment and improvement of production safety organization and management system and inspection system, the project strengthens construction safety management and monitors implementation of the security measures. And the safety management objectives are ultimately achieved.
