体医融合的制约因素分析及路径构建

Constraints Analysis and Path Building of Physical Medicine Integration

运用文献资料、逻辑推理等方法,探讨体医融合的内涵和价值取向,根据当前开展中的制约因素,提出体医融合的构建路径。主要结论:体医融合是当前医学思路与体育方法结合的产物,以协调医疗资源供给矛盾为目标、治理社会体质健康问题为核心、推进体育与医疗产业优化为根本;当前存在相关政策法规的缺失、体育与医疗部门的协作不足、专业体医人才的缺失以及配套实体产业的迟滞等制约因素。建议:在构建完备政策法规体系的前提下,建立和设置体医复合型人才培养体系和体医部门协同治理等核心机制,优化配套实体产业的发展,推动地方实践模式的探索等。

By means of literature reviews and logical deduction, this paper probes into the connotation and value orientation of physical medicine integration, and puts forward its building path according to the current constraints. Main conclusions are as follows: Physical medicine integration is the product of the combination of current medical thinking and sports methods, aiming at coordinating the contradiction of medical resources supply, taking the governance of social physical health problems as the core, and basing on promoting the optimization of sports and medical industry;At present, there are some existing constraints, for example, the lack of relevant policies and regulations of physical medicine integration, lack of cooperation between sports and medical departments, lack of professional sports and medical talents, and the lagging of supporting industries. Suggestions: based on building a complete system of policies and regulations, people should establish and set up a core mechanism including the training system of interdisciplinary talents of sports and medicine and the coordinated management among sports and medicine departments, optimize the development of supporting industries, and promote the exploration of local practicing mode.
