摘要
在感知服务质量评价研究中,仅采用实数表达评价信息以及忽视评价指标之间的相互作用与实践需要不符,已有评价方法也难以适用区间值表示的信息。本文针对传统缪尔海德平均(MM)算子集结的数据类型存在局限性,将缪尔海德平均算子的应用拓展到区间值,提出了区间值加权缪尔海德平均算子(IVWMM),并设计了一种基于区间值加权缪尔海德平均算子的感知服务质量评价方法。通过实例分析,验证了区间值加权缪尔海德平均算子的有效性,为感知服务质量评价的实证研究创新提供了借鉴。
In the research of perceived service quality evaluation, only express the evaluation information with real numbers and ignore interaction between evaluation indexes do not meet practical needs. The existing evaluation methods are difficult to apply the information expressed by interval values. Aim at the limitation of aggregation data type using traditional Muirhead mean (MM) operator, the application of Muirhead mean operator is extended to interval value in this paper. Interval value weighted Muirhead mean (IVWMM) operator is proposed, and a perceived service quality evaluation method based on interval value weighted Muir head mean operator is designed. Finally, an example is given. It not only verifies the validity of interval weighted Muirhead mean operator, but also provides reference for the empirical research innovation of perceived service quality evaluation.
