摘要
本文基于2004~2017年我国30个省市区的面板数据,构建了R&D投入、产业结构升级与碳排放相互关系的面板数据联立方程模型,分别从全国层面以及不同地区层面探究了R&D投入、产业结构升级与碳排放之间的相互关系。结果表明:(1)产业结构升级在全国层面和东部地区有效抑制了碳排放,而中、西部地区则增加了碳排放;(2)不论是在全国层面还是在不同地区层面的回归结果中,均得出R&D投入的增加虽然提高了碳排放量,但显著促进了产业结构的升级;(3)产业结构升级和碳排放增加对R&D投入水平的提高形成倒逼机制。
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2004 to 2018, a simultaneous equation model of panel data on the relationship among R&D input, upgrading industrial structure and carbon emission is constructed. The relationship among R&D input, upgrading industrial structure and carbon emission is explored from the national level and different regional levels. The results show that:(1) the upgrading industrial structure has effectively restrained carbon emission at the national level and in the eastern region, while the central and western regions have increased carbon emission;(2) regardless of the regression analysis at the national level or in the regression results of different regions, it is concluded that R&D investment has increased, although in creasing carbon emission, it has significantly promoted the upgrading industrial structure;(3) the upgrading industrial structure and the increase of carbon emission form a forced mechanism for the improvement of R&D input.
